Welcome to my Home Page on SmugMug! I hope you will tell others about it!

I have named my collection ECLECTIK VIEWS PHOTOGRAPHY (ɪˈklɛktɪk; eclectic) and I am sure you will feel it lives up to the name. I have been interested in photography for many, many years being in the imaging sciences for over 40 years (nuclear medicine, microscopy, MRI, ultrasound, space biology and just plain ol' physics). I live in the Northeast, work in Washington DC but have roots in the San Francisco Bay Area and even New Orleans (through my wife). My travels have made me aware of the eclectic images I see everywhere and I want to capture them and share them. I hope you enjoy my attempts at capturing "wonder". Enjoy the images and I hope they are ones that make you feel just a little different about the sights in the world.

Night Shots_Open Lens : These shots are a new adventure....night shots with an open lens. I am going to try some laser shots and some firefly captures as well....stay tuned! Let's see what turns up! Quick Shots - Almost got it : We all know the "get the camera out and TRY to get it ready for a shot already in action" frustrations....oh they are frustrations...but once in awhile I can still tell what I was trying to capture....these are examples.....some are OK and others ...well...you be the judge....

2012_Bedford_Rotary_Races : Photos from the Bedford Rotary Memorial Road Races May 19, 2012 - USATF-NE 12K Championship and 5K "Uncle Sam 5K Challenge" Races. The photos are mixed from two photographers (Gerald Hanauer; photoartimaging@comcast.net and Brian Moyer; bmoyernh@gmail.com) so 5K and 12K are not in order.
